Internet Explorer Not Open But Only a black screen flash

1. Insert windows cd and open it
2. go in i386 directory and find Iexplore.ex_
3.it is copy in c:\ drive
4. open command promt
5. go in c:\ drive
6. use command
"Expand Iexplore.ex_ Iexplore.exe "and press enter
7.now see c:\ drive u found iexplore.exe copy it
8. go in c:\program file\Internet explorer\
9.U past in and give permission to repeals
10.now open internet explorer and enjoy it
